CHICAGO - After the Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) and exchanges issued a letter in March, saying the deadline for the Options Symbology Initiative (OSI) will not be postponed, discussions have returned to implementation issues, officials tell Inside Reference Data.

Dave Harrison, the OCC's vice-president, member services, says the OSI Committee was trying to figure out if there was an interim solution that would enable firms that had completed on time to start on time, and those that had not
