Omgeo gives broker/dealers Alert Web Interface
Omgeo, the joint venture between the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) and Thomson Financial, has made its Omgeo Alert service available via the Web for its broker/dealer clients Omgeo provides post-trade, pre-settlement trade management services. The new Web interface assists Omgeo's settlement instruction (SI) strategy to increase the data integrity and ease-of-use of SI data. Omgeo Alert is a global database for SI maintenance and communication significantly reduces trade failure
