Clearstream Elevates Gruber, Kracke
German central securities depository Clearstream Banking has named Martina Gruber as head of sales, relationship management, customer service and marketing, and made Berthold Kracke head of risk management, compliance, finance and controls.
Gruber, Kracke, Mathias Papenfuss and CEO Stefan Lepp are joining the board of Clearstream Banking, a unit of Clearstream International. Papenfuss is chief operating officer of Clearstream International.
