Sutton Takes Customer Data Role at HSBC

Julia Sutton has left Deutsche Bank and become the latest high-profile data professional to join HSBC in London.

Sutton, who was director of customer data at Deutsche Bank for more than two years, has been appointed to a role within group customer data strategy at HSBC. The bank declined to provide further information.

Sutton's appointment follows a series of changes to HSBC's data management team in recent months. In January, David Thomas left Barclays Capital to take up the role of global head
