SimCorp Acquires Client Reporting Software Provider

Financial software and services provider SimCorp has acquired reporting software provider Equipos, in an effort to increase market share for client reporting technology in the investment management industry.

SimCorp, which has owned a 20% stake in Equipos since 2005, has acquired the UK-based company outright for €10 million. It now plans to combine the performance, risk and accounting capabilities of its SimCorp Dimension platform with the client reporting functionality of Equipos' Coris
