40% of Data Tacticians 'Weak' on Strategy and Execution

Forrester survey, commissioned by Rimes Technologies, categorizes levels of data operations maturity

Data tacticians, as opposed to data strategists, data managers and data experts, are the weakest at both data strategy and data execution efforts, according to a survey of 100 data users and operations professionals at financial services firms conducted by Forrester Research and Rimes Technologies in April.
