Orc and Neonet to join forces?
Stockholm-based Orc Software and Neonet, also based in the Swedish capital, have proposed a merger that would see the creation of a global player in technology and services for trading in financial instruments. Orc's board has reportedly made a public offer to Neonet's shareholders proposing that Neonet shareholders transfer their Neonet shares to Orc in return for payment in the form of newly issued shares in the merged entity. Orc is offering 0.125 new Orc shares for each exchanged Neonet
