Penson adds staff
Penson Worldwide, the Dallas-based execution, clearing and settlement service provider, has added Edward O'Donnel, Robert Morris and Laurie Ciotoli to its teams in Texas and Canada. O'Donnel and Morris will join the firm's clearing team in Dallas, while Ciotoli will head business development at Penson Canada. Ciotoli previously managed projects at ADP Dataphile, and has also held positions at IDA Investment Dealers, IBM, and Scotia Capital Markets. Morris previously served as
