Nyfix hires director, general counsel
Nyfix, a Stamford, CT-based financial technology provider, has appointed Robert Corman to its board of directors and Brian Bellardo as general counsel.
Corman serves as director at Soros Fund Management and has more than 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Bellardo has 12 years’ legal experience in the securities industry and has held positions at private bank Charles Schwab and the US’s Securities and Exchange Commission.
