Global Financial Information Corp (Bridge) began the year as a loosely knit group of financial information companies and ended it as a larger, unified company.

Assembled by the private equity financiers at Welsh Carson Anderson & Stowe, the Bridge group of companies was initially organized under the rubric Global Financial Information Corp
