SS&C Technologies, which already has a 16-person office in Kuala Lumpur, is planning to open another Asian office in the first quarter next year. But this one will be in Tokyo. Charged with opening the office is new hire and vice president Japan, Adin Strauss, who spent 13 years at Nippon Life Insurance. The company's Tokyo ranks are expected to number 10 by the end of next year, and Strauss is currently engaged in finding office space and hiring staff, says SS&C founder and chief executive
