Sanzone started his career at Salomon Brothers as a trainee programmer in the firm's mortgage group in 1984. For the December 2002 issue of Waters, Sanzone took readers inside Citigroup's global corporate and investment bank as CIO. He talked about standardizing the entire global staff on a single management infrastructure and the effort to build a set of tools and a portal to manage the technology organization. Fast forward four years to September 2006 when Sanzone smiles as head of technology
