Todd Burns has retired from agency brokerage BNY ConvergEx, where he served as head of its LJR Recapture Services business. With Burns' retirement, Fred Bailey assumes leadership of plan sponsor sales and LJR Recapture Services, reporting to Carey Pack. LJR is a provider of commission recapture programs, with over 30 years' experience offering trading services to institutional investors. These comprise 2,000 plan sponsor funds, with more than $3 trillion in assets.
