Knight Libertas, Marketcetera, CLSA
Paul Quinn, formerly of UBS, has joined Knight Capital Group subsidiary Knight Libertas to run its emerging markets trading operation, according to firm officials. Knight Capital has also appointed Andrew Scott managing director to oversee the operations of credit default swap (CDS) platform NetDelta. Scott joins Knight Capital from Merrill Lynch.
