Patrick Lynch Takes Helm at AFA


NEW YORK—Patrick Lynch has emerged from the SunGard Brass era to be named CEO of trading technology provider Advanced Financial Applications (AFA).

Lynch previously served as president of the business unit for the Brass order management system (OMS), having departed in August of this year. He joined Brass as its new executive vice president and national sales manager in 2004, was later named chief operating officer (COO) and eventually promoted to president when James T. Leman left the post in
