Françoise Mercadal-Delasalles has been appointed head of corporate resources for Société Générale Group (SocGen). The position was previously held by Séverin Cabannes, who became deputy CEO of SocGen in May 2008. Benoît Ottenwaelter has been named group chief risk officer, replacing Didier Hauguel. Hauguel will become head of the division in June 2009, replacing Jean-François Gautier, who will retire. Ian Fisher will be appointed group country head for the U.K
