The Chicago Stock Exchange (CHX) and its parent company CHX Holdings announced several high-level promotions last week. Stephen Brodsky has been named president of CHX Holdings, responsible for CHX financial services, strategy and sales. David Whitcomb is now executive vice president, chief regulatory officer, responsible for market regulation. Brodsky and Whitcomb will continue to report to Dave Herron, CEO of CHX and CHX Holdings.
