Ted Bilharz
has joined trading system provider FlexTrade as its vice president of options sales, vendor officials have announced. In his new role, Bilharz will lead the vendor's new Chicago office, located on 200 South Wacker Drive, and expand the reach of the vendor's algorithmic options trading platform, FlexOpt. Prior to his current position at FlexTrade, Bilharz was a floor broker for nearly 30 years at the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE).STREAMBASE HIRES APAMA'S
