Kx Hires Skelton
Tick database provider Kx Systems has hired Charles Skelton, a consultant specializing in implementing analytics using the vendor's kdb+ database at bank clients, as chief technology officer. He will join Kx on Nov. 1, replacing Niall Dalton, who will remain as a consultant to the vendor, but will be able to pursue other interests. Skelton joins from his Stuttgart-based firm, Skelton Consulting, where he was principal consultant. He reports to Kx chief executive Janet Lustgarten
