Activ Hires in NY, Chicago
Activ Financial has hired three new salespeople in its New York and Chicago offices. Shawn Kaplan joins from Reuters, where he was business manager for the Reuters Plus workstation business and content licensing via Reuters Online. Tony Tao also joins from Reuters, where he was an account manager in the vendor’s Focus Group Accounts division. Both are based in New York. Meanwhile, Tom Wilbeck, another former Reuters staffer, has joined Activ’s sales team in Chicago.
