FISD Details 'Fee-Free' Data, Preps Standards
The issue first surfaced in March, when the FISD's Business Issues Policy and Procedures Standards (BIPPS) working group devised a questionnaire to send to exchanges asking for clarification of their policies around charging for data usage in areas such as product demonstrations for sales and marketing purposes, training, technical support, application development and disaster recovery functions (IMD, March 24).
