Garland Finds Fame
SunGard's Fame Energy business unit has appointed Jim Garland as sales director for the Americas. Based in Houston, Texas, he will be responsible for generating new business and expanding the presence of Fame Energy's managed datafeed solutions. Garland, who was previously senior vice president of product management and marketing at Chicago-based GlobalView Software, now reports to Richard Quigley, global sales director for Fame Energy, based in London.
