Atrium Welcomes New CTO
Financial extranet and low-latency network service provider Atrium Network has appointed Orlin Roussev as chief technology officer to oversee the vendor's network architecture and software development. Roussev joins from Bulgarian systems integration and telecoms service provider Fortel Engineering, where he served as CTO and business development manager, prior to which he held senior positions at Polygon-Telegroup, RaySat and GiTy. He will be based in Atrium's London
