Reuters has lost one of its key figures in the Project Bladerunner initiative. Fabio Ornone has left Reuters America, where he was project director for BladeRunner, which aims to create a small-site IP-based delivery mechanism for its market data (known as 3000 IP). Ornone, who reported to Tony Canderelli, executive vice president of technology operations, joined Reuters in the UK 11 years ago and moved to America four years ago.
