has joined SunGard Market Data Services (SMDS) as president. Snape, who most recently was an outside consultant on strategic relationships for Moneyline Telerate, says he has four immediate objectives."The first is to double our efforts to provide cost-effective, real-time solutions to the US retail equities marketplace and securities research tools for the investment community," he says.
