Paul Bowes has joined Reuters as head of exchange strategy, reporting to Herbie Skeete, director of Equities, Commodities and Energy Content (CK). Bowes is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with exchanges, clearing and settlement houses from a business and commercial perspective.
