James Scott Lee has joined Deutsche Bank as vice president of global technology services, responsible for the market data services team and the needs analysis group. He will report to Louis DeMaio, regional manager of market data for Deutsche Bank. Scott joins the bank from SG Cowen, where he was an assistant vice president within market data.
George Friedman has left Bridge Information Systems after six years to join the Brut ECN as vice president, sales and marketing, reporting to Brian
