James Lascelles, formerly vice president of institutional markets for the Information and Processing Services division of Automatic Data Processing Inc.'s Brokerage Information Services Group, will take over as general manager of ADP's U.K. operation in March. He will replace Mike Cunningham, who will return to the U.S. Cunningham's new position has not yet been announced. Kevin Quill, recently named as senior vice president of institutional markets (IMD, Dec. 5, 1994), has assumed Lascelles'
