Brian DeLacey will be leaving Reuters, according to sources. DeLacey has held several key sales positions for Reuters, including New York and the Northeast. delacey did not return phone calls by press time.

Telerate president John Jessop now has expanded responsibilities for Telerate's energy and optional services, according to sources. Ironically, Jessop was initially brought into Telerate about 20 years ago to handle these exact tasks.
