Following the completion of Star Data's internal review of business plans and financial projections, the Canadian data vendor has established a 'data room' and is now entertaining parties interested in a possible acquisition of either the entire company or part of the company. These parties are said to include Reuters, Bridge-Telerate and Thomson Financial Services' ILX Systems.
