Mingling with the usual crowd of society suspects was Reuters' strategic planning manager Barry Drayson -- who negotiated the vendor's deal to carry Cantor's non-U.S. bond data. Dow Jones Telerate invitees were executive vice presidents Henry Becher, Julian Childs and Bill Clabby. Sources say Telerate president Carl Valenti wasn't on hand
