Dow Jones/Primark Joint Venture Takes Aim At Reuters

Dow Jones Telerate appears to be coming off the fence at long last regarding its need to develop an equity information business. In typical Dow Jones fashion, Telerate is doing so cautiously, dipping its foot into equities through a joint venture alliance with Primark. In rather atypical Dow Jones fashion, the vendor is tackling Reuters in that mighty vendor's home market, the UK.
