Dennis Millsaps
is joining Barclays Bank as a new senior technology officer, a bank spokesperson tells DWT. Since Nov. 28, Millsaps, who reports to Barclays CIO Dominic Trotta, has been working on the bank's strategic programs. Millsaps comes from Washington Mutual where he was senior vice president of consumer banking/mortgage systems services. He also served as managing director and senior vice president at EFunds Corp.
