PERSISTENCE, SUN SIGN TECHNOLOGY ACCORD
Persistence Software, San Mateo, California-based maker of enterprise application servers, and Sun Microsystems announced today that they have entered into a joint technology licensing and marketing agreement. Sun has licensed from Persistence limited patent rights related to object-relational mapping technologies and Persistence has licensed from Sun limited patent rights related to object tool integration technologies.
