WEBB IS NEW CTO FOR GARBAN HARLOW
Nigel Webb
has been named chief technology officer (CTO) for Garban Harlow, the UK-based equities broker, say sources. Webb recently left his job as managing director and chief operating officer (COO) at Greenwich NatWest, which is the global debt markets investment banking business of National Westminster Bank. Greenwich NatWest was created this past March following NatWest's late-1996 acquisition of Greenwich Capital Markets.
