NASDAQ'S DICK JUSTICE BECOMES FAN PARTNER

's former executive vice president and CTO Dick Justice has become a partner of the Financial Auction Network, an electronic trading service that is scheduled to launch about a year from now. Justice has been with Nasdaq since 1968 when he became the organization's first technology officer, and began working with Arthur D. Little to lay the groundwork for Nasdaq. Justice also oversaw the creation of a national clearing system for Nasdaq
