OMGEO EXPANDS BOARD
Omgeo, provider of post-trade, pre-settlement trade management services, announced the addition of Taylor S. Bodman of Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH), and Robert Kaplan of State Street to its board of managers, officials say. A BBH partner, Bodman leads the development and sales of technology applications and related services. Kaplan is executive vice president and head of global services at State Street, where he oversees securities services and payment services groups.
