The merger of the EBS Partnership and Minex foreign exchange electronic broking services was completed two weeks ago, with the closure of the Minex system and the switch of its customers to EBS. But the future ownership of Citicorp Dealing Resources (CDR), which supplies technology to EBS, is still in question following a stalled purchase attempt by Welsh Carson Anderson and Stowe (WCAS).
