Evan Bauer
has re-emerged as an independent consultant advising public and private sector organizations on technology innovation, according to his Web site www. evanbauer.com. In December 2002, Bauer left his post as chief technology officer (CTO) for Global Technology Infrastructure at Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) (TTW, Jan. 13).
