In what's shaping up to be a significant bit of house cleaning, Bruce Mitchell, Bridge Information Systems' general manager for the Asia Central region, has either resigned or been let go, according to Bridge and market sources. Bridge brought industry veteran Mitchell on to lead its Hong Kong-based Central Asia sales organization about one year ago, which includes managing Bridge's China and Philippines, as well as Hong Kong, sales efforts. Up to that time, Mitchell had logged some 10 years
