Goldman Forms New Asian IT Post, Names Bond IT Head Vayner To Job

Goldman Sachs & Co. late last month created a post to oversee all its information technology in Asia. To fill the post, the firm promoted Oksana Vayner, previously head of Goldman's fixed-income technology group in Asia.

Vayner has made no major changes to the newly merged technology organisation thus far. Equity systems development for Asia remains in the hands of John Kogan, while a new fixed-income head to fill the seat Vayner vacated has yet to be named.
