Chris Rowland recently resigned his post as chief operating officer (COO) at ING Barings in New York, confirm bank officials. In the interim, John Cirrito, who comes from the equities division of the bank, has taken over Rowland's duties. A replacement has not been named for the post, which includes responsibilities for IT.
Compaq Computer's Financial Integration Services practice has hired Cliff Millot as senior trading room project manager and Bob Dick as senior securities industry specialist
