Electronic trading platform vendor MarketAxess has named Paul Ellis head of MarketAxess Europe, replacing Steve Gallagher, who will now complete a consulting role within MarketAxess. Ellis will begin his role at the vendor today, April 12. Prior to the appointment he worked as the CEO of CreditTrade and was the CEO of financial software vendor Mutant Technology.
