Inter-dealer broker Tullett Prebon has announced its appointment of Rob Bilsland as head of electronic broking, Asia-Pacific, to take effect today, April 5. Bilsland will be based in Singapore, lead the growth of Tullett Prebon's electronic business in Asia, and will continue to report to Paul Humphrey, CEO of Tullett Prebon electronic broking and information.
