VADEN SWITCHES TO NOMURA

After 28 years at Morgan Stanley, where he most recently held the post of divisional CIO and head of application development for institutional securities, Andrew Vaden has joined Nomura Holding America as managing director and CIO. Vaden reports to Shigesuke Kashiwagi, president and CEO of Nomura Holding America. As of April 1, however, he will report to Naoki Masuba, who will replace Kashiwagi as Kashiwagi leaves to lead the firm's newly formed government affairs and
