Kohler Quits Icap to Head CMA
He replaces former CMA chief executive Laurent Paulhac, who was appointed managing director of OTC products and services at CMA's parent company CME Group (IMD, Sept. 7, 2009), which acquired the vendor two years ago (IMD, March 31, 2008).
Kohler has spent 13 years at Icap in a variety of roles, most recently with responsibility for day-to-day running of the interdealer broker's information services business-a role he assumed in 2008 following a management reshuffle (IMD, March 24, 2008)
