OCC Fills Out Board

The Options Clearing Corp. (OCC) has elected Craig Abruzzo and Valar Mihan to its board of directors, and named Paul Brody vice chairman, according to officials. Brody succeeds Gary Yetman in his role. Abruzzo is head of the listed derivatives business in the Americas at Morgan Stanley. Mihan is managing director and head of Americas equity-linked trading at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML).
