FPL Urges Utility to Kick-Start EU Consolidated Tape

FIX Protocol Limited has sent a letter to the Committee of European Securities Regulators proposing the creation of a utility-dubbed the Consolidated Tape Delivery Authority-to guide an industry-led solution to CESR's proposed requirement for a consolidated tape of European time-and-sales data (IMD, May 28; Aug. 19).
