Banks Join Open Data Center Alliance

A group of more than 70 businesses have come together to create the Open Data Center Alliance (OCDA). The group’s steering committee includes Deutsche Bank, UBS, JPMorgan Chase and National Australia Bank.

Chipmaker Intel will serve as a technical advisor to the group. According to Intel, the ODCA will “lay out future hardware and software requirements that will lead to more open and interoperable cloud and data center solutions.”
