Confluence Shuffles Execs

Pittsburgh, PA-based Confluence, a provider of data automation technology and services to the global investment management industry, has promoted Kirk Botula and Mark Evans to senior roles within the firm.

Botula assumes the role of president and chief operating officer, while Evans, one of Confluence’s founders, moves into the role of chairman and CEO.

Botula previously held the positions of executive vice president and chief operating officer, while Evans was president and CEO.
